FOX is constantly striving to improve our customer’s experience. As a result we have now implemented a service reservation system. This improved solution provides you with a specific, allocated date that your service will be performed. This system allows you to better plan your schedule so service wait time is minimized and ride time is maximized.

Once you submit your service / warranty request, you will receive the specified date of service in the PDF Document that is attached to the Return Authority email. You will need to ensure that the product arrives at least 1 business day prior to that date, as we will be servicing your product on the allocated date. The date provided takes transit times into account. If the product arrives after the confirmed date, it will be rescheduled. Please contact us if the date provided is unsuitable
