No products will be accepted if they are sent to FOX FACTORY AUSTRALIA without a confirmed return authorization number (RA). (WID Booking number).
Except for account holders, payment for service work must be made in full prior to return, Serviced parts will be returned to the customer once all invoices outstanding are paid. Payment can be made by Credit Card.
All products are the customer's responsibility until delivered to and accepted by FOX FACTORY AUSTRALIA. Any damage (if any) to the packaging and or to the items, will be documented and immediately notified to customers. FOX FACTORY AUSTRALIA will have no liability for damaged goods on inbound transit.
Serviced items will be returned to customers via registered delivery and will require a signature for delivery. The tracking number will be emailed to the customer at the time of shipment. Outbound deliveries are at no charge to customers* (*Only applies to Retail customers)
If the serviced items are found to be damaged on arrival, please take photo(s) of the damage and packaging and notify FOX FACTORY AUSTRALIA immediately.
FOX FACTORY AUSTRALIA can quote on repair costs if requested. This is only an estimate. Costs will only be finalized when the job is completed and tested. There is has a minimum inspection fee of $30 + GST for all jobs and quotations which do not go ahead. Any warranty claim must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt of purchase (POP), copy the POP will need to be included in the shipment of the parts. Failure to receive a valid POP will result on the job to be put on hold and/or cancelled. Fox Racing and Marzocchi suspensions are covered by a 12 months warranty period. Race Face dropper posts are covered by a max warranty of 24 months.
If upon inspection, FOX FACTORY AUSTRALIA determines the parts received are either non serviceable, FOX FACTORY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD will discuss with the customer possible options like cost-effective replacement and or upgrades.
Guarantee of Workmanship Warranty:
All the work performed by FOX FACTORY AUSTRALIA will have a 6 months warranty from the date of service. If there are any issues or concerns with work carried out by FOX FACTORY AUSTRALIA, please notify us immediately to arrange a suitable solution.
Surface damages to moving parts and or exterior parts of any FOX FACTORY AUSTRALIA products caused by normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
Misuse or incorrect adjustment of the product will void any warranty coverage.
